Yannis is a New York City based stand up comedian & podcaster. Yanni was the host of NextVR's virtual reality live stand-up series, Live In Gotham (44 episodes 2018-19). He was also the host of AOL's award winning Original Series, 2 Point Lead (a sports comedy show). Yannis was also the co-host of MSG's sports fan show, The Bracket and the co-host of ABC's Fusion Live. Yannis has been part of the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, New York Comedy Festival and tours the world as a stand-up comedian and is also known for his immensely popular characters including Mr. Panos, Maurica, Derrick, Sean Terry. His podcast History Hyenas with Chris Distefano can also be found on YouTube. It has since ended.
Yanni has appeared multiple times on Joe Rogan’s podcast, Flagrant 2, The Tim Dillon Show, YMH, Tigerbelly, Bad Friends etc. His previous hour special Blowing The Light produced and directed by Andrew Schulz can be seen on YouTube, Amazon Prime or Apple TV. He also has done an hour album, Let Me Be Yannis (also recorded at Comedy On State) and also a half hour special recorded for Comedy Central.
